Greybarn is a new rental community concept introduced to Long Island by Rechler Equity Partners. Mitchell and Gregg Rechler looked to The Seventh Art as a creative partner in helping to position this project for their native Long Island.
The Seventh Art served as a true partner for the Rechlers throughout the project. Not only did we recommend the project name, Greybarn, and tag line, ìFor Long Islanders, by Long Islanders,î but we suggested a style of architecture that worked well with the ìCommunityî concept of the building. Throughout the creation of collateral materials, including a web site and brochure, both sides worked hand-in-hand to create something that would be accessible, memorable and distinctive for Long Island.
The resulting community, shaped by The Seventh Art and Rechler Equity, epitomized a true partnership. Our materials spoke to young Long Islanders looking for a sense of community in a central Long Island location.
