Essex Crossing is one of the most significant urban renewal developments in NYC. This large urban community comprised of 1,000 residential units as well as a wide array of commercial and communal spaces. The Seventh Art consulted in the early days of the development.
We carried out an analysis of the history and character of the Lower East Side location and ideated a brand positioning that would establish Essex Crossing as a true expression of the Lower East Side, while raising the profile of the neighborhood as a model for urban living today.
