The naming reflects the prestige of the address, purchased from the nearby church. The brand embodies the building’s star architecture and design – absolutely unique, curated and respectful of the neighborhood’s history.

The Seventh Art created inspiring branding deliverables and premium collateral, including an exclusive collector’s item brandbook, that amplify the architectural themes, increasing the public’s awareness of them. The elegant campaign and brand development helped set apart 520 Park Avenue, making it one of the most anticipated launches, with enormous attention from the high-end real estate community, as well as the press.
