Situated on the former site of Brooklyn’s Rheingold Brewery and designed by ODA Architecture, Denizen is an exciting large-scale project of 1,000,000 square feet of apartment units in the heart of Bushwick. With meandering, interconnected grand courtyards, a bisecting green promenade, and communal activities, Denizen is a veritable city within the city.
The Seventh Art developed stunning branding for this innovative project, including brand strategy and identity, naming, and a whole range of brand deliverables that embody the essence of the community that Denizen is creating.
