Zeckendorf Development entrusted The Seventh Art to create a brand identity for 520 Park Avenue, its most exciting new development since the record-breaking 15 Central Park West. This 54-story, 33-unit tower was built by Robert A.M. Stern and included a $130 million triplex penthouse.
The branding for 520 Park Avenue was a year-long collaboration between The Seventh Art and the Zeckendorf team, led by William and Arthur Zeckendorf. A discreet, well-heeled campaign was established for the project to elevate its profile and differentiate it from the multiple Upper East side projects competing for an international audience. A teaser site, project brochure, art book, web site and sales gallery reinforced this look and feel, and The Seventh Art also handled all renderings, signage and advertising.
The elegant campaign for 520 Park Avenue helped set it apart, and made it one of the most hotly anticipated new development launches in recent memory. 520 Park Avenue also generated a tremendous amount of press and attention in the real estate community.
