419 Apartments + 121 Condominiums
Set in the heart of one of the country’s most historic cities, Copley Tower represents 800,000 square feet of ultra-high end mixed-use development, including retail and two residential components (rentals and condominium units). Designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects, the 53-story structure is uniquely modern and will exist in stark contrast to the surrounding historical context.
For The Seventh Art, Copley Tower presented the challenge of developing a strong project brand strategy, while ensuring the differentiation between the various product offerings (retail, rental, and luxury condominiums). Furthermore, it was The Seventh Art’s task to craft a story that spoke to the modern structure in a way that did not alienate or offend local patrons and potential purchasers.
The resulting brand strategy took into consideration the contemporary and the traditional. It paid homage to the city’s history, while referencing a look forward. The tagline “The Shape of Things To Come”, along with a focus on art and fashion, is the foundation for this multi-tiered brand development. With anticipated delivery in 2018, Copley Tower will undoubtedly be a market making addition to the Boston real estate market.
