In creating the branding for Surf Row The Seventh Art was led by the unique sensibility of the architect’s style, which has been called a unique fusion between art and craft, the distinct energy and feel of Miami, as well as the style of the target audience – Miami’s urbane art lovers.

The brand collateral mirrors the smart and assertive design, in combining the neighborhood’s rich heritage with modern beach living and reimagining the prestige synonymous with Northeast brownstones. Natural and manmade elements are incorporated into a subtle yet bold combination that is both sensual and intellectual in reflecting the essence of the brand and the place.
