An existing building in New York’s Financial District was the setting for 15 Cliff, a new rental offering catering to professional Millennials. The Seventh Art was asked to create a brand strategy and campaign that would position the project as an exciting place to live.
The Seventh Art presented a “treehouse” concept that reflected the shape of the building and had a playful, youthful edge. Not only did this concept play out in the project web site, brochure and signage, but it also strongly influenced the design and amenities within the building.
15 Cliff was a big success, attracting the youthful audience it sought out and drawing attention to the ever-evolving Financial District with its fun, modern graphics and down-to-Earth tone.
